This bookstore has everything you would ever need in every genre even used books. Books and merchandise are priced fair with Denise being such a big supporter of the community and authors. I loved how there is something for everyone at this bookstore plus comfortable chairs to snuggle into your book. She also has board games, hard to find items, and more. This is a gem to Perrysburg and Perrysburg is lucky to have such a place. I would recommend this bookstore and the owner any time any day of the week hands down. She is also very supportive of local events, schools, and authors. I have added this to my stop now when I am in town and you should too.

This is a truly lovely independent bookstore with an amazing wide selection of books given the overall size of the store. There is even a used book section and discounted books. Wonderful children’s selection. So wonderful to have an independent bookstore in our area.

Denise (the owner) is really friendly and happy to help. There is a huge selection of new and used books along with gifts and toys. This is my favorite bookstore

Whether preordering or browsing for our next read, Gathering Volumes is the best, most friendly destination for our family of book nerds. The staff, especially Denise, are always helpful and the atmosphere inside the bookstore feels like a warm hug. I highly recommend!

I've loved Gathering Volumes for awhile now and am finally getting around to leaving a review. GV has so many books to choose from - both new and gently used - and just in case they somehow don't have the exact book you want, they can do a special order for you. They also offer really lovely items that are either bookish (i.e. bookmarks, book themed socks) or that a lot of readers also love, like little crochet kits and puzzles. I've met Denise a few times and she's lovely and truly cares about this community. The employees are usually kind and helpful - today Lizzy was especially helpful and made sure we found the book I was looking for. I highly recommend visiting the shop and also checking out their events.
